About ACCESS

World Day of Social Justice

February 20, 2010 (Celebrated: Friday, February 19)

Annually on February 20, World Day of Justice was created by the United Nations to encourage people to look at how social justice affects poverty eradication. It also focuses on the goal of achieving full employment and support for social integration.

The UN recognizes the need to "consolidate further the efforts of the international community in poverty eradication and in promoting full employment and decent work, gender equality and access to social well-being and justice for all."

World Day of Social Justice is a perfect opportunity to spread the word of ACCESS Charity's work in the developing world and its relevance to Faith and Curriculum.
