University studies continue and Phanuel continues to learn English.

Phanuel has moved to San Antonio, Texas to begin studies at a new university after Notre Dame in Haiti was destroyed in the January earthquake.
21 November 2009
Laptop purchased and delivered directly to Phanuel in Haiti. Computer had been donated by 4 anonymous Canadians.

Phanuel begins studying as a first-year student at the Univerity of Notre Dame in Haiti.

An anonymous group of 4 people have donated $2000 to cover incidentals and miscellaneous costs (seperate from tuition and transportation goals).
